Steven Hanson Obituary
He was born on Jan. 24, 1959 in Rockford, Ill. to Roy and Maybelle Pingel Hanson. He married Mary Burchett and she preceded him in death on Sept. 17, 2021. He enjoyed playing his guitar, shooting pool, building models and working on cars.
Steve is survived by a daughter, Katie Wolfram of Wisconsin; a granddaughter, Maggie May Wolfram of Wisconsin; a sister, Royce King of Fort Madison, and a brother, Douglas (Thomas Staples) Hanson of Cochran, Ga. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. A private family burial will be held at a later date in Oakland Cemetery in Fort Madison. Online condolences to the Hanson family may be left at the King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory website: www.kinglynk.com.
