I was so sorry to hear of Steven´s passing. He opened a world of adventure and outdoor pursuits that I´d only ever scratched the surface of.
Steven, your love of nature and adventure and the Grateful Dead left a lifelong impression on me. Thank you for sharing yourself, your wonderful creativity, and your passions with me. I hope there are some to be had wherever you are. All my love, Samantha

To my cousin who brought a smile every time we met and who brought his family great stories of his journeys, these I will miss most. But you are securely in my heart and every beer I raise will be in your honor. Cheers Steverino!!

It was the year of 2019 when i was working with him in the capacity of research associate and helping him to shoot a documentary on sustainable practices happening around lalitpur. He was a total insipration for ideas and how rhings can function around. Learnt alot from him. Gone too soon! My prayers are with him and rest in peace steven!

When we first met, he was DP on a short film that I'd written. When he found out I could speak Portuguese, we would talk in Portuguese randomly (not to say things about others, just to "practice"). He was so very talented and artistic. He was also kind and fun-loving. I know how much he enjoyed going into the forests and I love that I can donate a memorial tree for him. I'm so sorry for your loss seems so little to say but it's all I can come up with.
