Kyle Twitchell Obituary

Kyle Twitchell

1953 ~ 2025

Joseph Kyle Twitchell went to his Savior on May 13, 2025, after a long illness.

Preceded in death by his parents, Lou and Thora Twitchell, brother, Jim Twitchell, and sisters, Lanice Hefner, Lorraine Bahr, Carrie Stephans, and Linda Latham. Survived by his children, Caleb, Tim, and Kristy, brother Martin Twitchell and sister Willie Lue Payne. His grandchildren will surely miss Grandpa Kyle, as well as many nieces and nephews that were proud to call him Uncle.

Kyle proudly served his country with the U.S Army in Korea, receiving an honorable discharge.

Fishing was Kyle's passion. And the "stories" he could tell! Special fishing spots and the perfect techniques. He would cook them up so tasty and lovingly on the charcoal grill. His declining health curtailed some of these activities in the last few years.

In his younger years, Kyle loved drink, women, dancing and cowboying, never turning down a fight. Then he invited Jesus into his life. Being born again, he lived his life through his Lord and Savior.

A special thanks to Stephanie Hill, Kyla Twitchell, Thora Migliori, and his church family.

Kyle's presence will be missed on this earth.

Celebration of Life will be on September 27th, 2025 at the Church of Christ 456 Emma Blvd, Moab, UT at 1 pm.
