Moab, Utah-

Trudy Anne Flemming passed away peacefully at Canyonlands Care Center in Moab, Utah on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the age of 76, in the presence of family and her dogs.

Trudy was born in Roxborough, Pennsylvania on July 10, 1948, to Gertrude and Francis Flemming.

She attended John W Hallahan Girls High School and graduated in 1966. Trudy began her career as a typist, working several jobs as a secretary and finally obtained a career as a medical transcriptionist for Wayne Memorial and Reading Memorial Hospitals. Trudy was a dedicated and hard-working mother for her two sons.

Trudy enjoyed taking care of animals, going to the beach, reading, cinema, music, and spending time with her family, especially where delicious food was involved. Later in life, Trudy also had the opportunity to travel around the West and enjoyed long road trips with her sons.

Trudy will be forever remembered for her sweet disposition, her perseverance through adversity, and her ability to make a beautiful impression on everyone that she met.

Trudy is survived by her two sons, Pauly and Alex Borichevsky; her brothers Tom and Bob Flemming; and her sisters Jane Flemming and Bunny MacDonald.

Trudy is preceded in death by her brothers Matt, Fran, and Michael Flemming; her parents Gertrude and Francis Flemming; and her husband, David Applegate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Humane Society.
