ALFRED A. MAGRO DEC 11, 1918 - MAR 10, 2010 Alfred Magro passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 10th with his family at his side. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Kathryn, of Modesto; sons, Ronald (Jacque) of Modesto and Raymond of Palmdale, Ca; five grandchildren, Debra Magro Sutton (Ken) of Rohnert Park, Ca., Michale Magro (Michelle) of Tacoma, Wa., Gregory Magro of Modesto, Allison Magro of Palmdale, Ca. & Zachary Magro of Albuquerque, N.M.; six great-grandchildren, Daniel Kyes of Modesto, Rebecca Kyes of Chantilly, Va., Jenessi & William Magro of Tacoma, Wa., Hailiee & Ayden Magro of Stockton; brother Nunzio Magro of Johnstown, Pa.; sisters, Clara Vigna of Johnstown, Pa. & Lena Mancuso of Latrobe, Pa. Preceded in death by brothers Nick & Joe Magro of Johnstown, Pa. & sister Mary of Latrobe, Pa. Retired from Johnstown, Pa. police department after 21 years of service & Pennsylvania Electric Co. Al belonged to Our Lady of Fatima Church, the St. Joseph's Seniors, VFW, American Legion, F.O.P., Johnstown, Pa. At Alfred's request there will be no service. www.modbee.com/obituaries

My deepest sympathy to the Magro family especially to my old friend Ray.I hope you are doing well. Your dad was a special person and I never knew a finer or nicer man than him.I hope your mum is doing good she also is a special lady. .
