This will be our first Christmas without you Mum. I stay busy most of the time, but holidays are tough for me. I still cant believe you are gone and sometimes I find myself wanting you to call. You would usually start off with "are you busy, I can call back." Always thinking about the other person. You were always so considerate to me and everyone. I hope you and Dad are celebrating with each other and you both know we are doing ok. Love you so much Mum, and miss you terribly. Give Dad hugs and a kiss from me. Till we meet again. Your loving daughter.

I took the van out today to charge it up.
I had so many memories go through me thinking when we would go out, I see your smiling face in the rear view mirror as I was driving. You always told me I was a good driver and I would say I have precious cargo with me. Miss you Mum. Love you always

Mum, I miss you so much. I think of all the fun times since you and Dad came back to Modesto. I began to see you not just as my Mum, but my best friend. I miss our everyday talks on the phone and if you forgot something I would finish it for you or you would say, "yeah, one of those." You tried not to let it bother you when you would forget and somehow you were able to get past it. I knew you were in pain just about every day, but if we were going out , it never stopped you. Shopping, lunch, sometimes the movies, we did it all. I am at such a loss right now, missing you and wishing you were still here. I love you Mum, give Dad a hug from me. Till we meet again.
