Annie was born in a little house near the town of Crows Landing and moved when she was two years old to where she called home for the next 90 years on a ranch off Armstrong Road.
At the age 19 of she met the love of her life, Tony Amaral. The two dated for 8 months and had an engagement that lasted a year. They were married on November 16, 1946. Together they had four children, Judy, Donald (deceased) Kenneth and Scott.
Tony and Annie farmed their family ranch and planted their first set of trees in 1962. In 1967 they completed the building of their first home. It became the center of many family gatherings and a large family Easter tradition that lasted 49 years strong.

Annie's greatest joy was her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and generations of nieces and nephews.
Annie was preceded in death by her husband Tony "Swede" Amaral and son Donald who was one-month-old.
