Brandy Blevins Obituary
May 1957 ~ April 2012
Brandy Blevins, 54, of Delhi, passed away at Emanuel Medical Center after an extended illness. Brandy was born in Fresno, CA. He moved with his parents, Thomas and Virginia Blevins, to Livermore, California where Brandy graduated from Livermore High School. He attended Fresno City College and took further Ag. Training at Texas A & A to become a USDA Inspector. He worked for the US government for 13 years as a food inspector. In 1975 Brandy married Katherine and they had 2 children. In 1985 Katherine and their son Brandy were killed in an auto accident. In 1986 Brandy married Susan Farris in Fresno.
Brandy was introduced to guns and hunting by his grandfather at age 8 and he developed a love for hunting, fishing, and motorcycles. He was a family man and in the last three years he had a growing love for God and the church.
Brandy was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Katherine and their son Brandy. He is survived by his wife Susan Blevins, sons Christopher Blevins of San Diego, CA, and Steven Blevins of Delhi, a grandson Christopher Forrest, a sister Buelah Althea of Modesto and a brother Victor Dennis Blevins of Merced, and his step-father of 35 years Trino Raymond Garcia.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17th, 3:00pm, at Allen Mortuary. Please leave memories and condolences at

i really miss my Uncle brandy.I was also really looking forward to hunting with him.One time he even showed me a picture of some wild animals that look like some large rats.

Hi Susan. I worked with Brandy at CrimeTek and had the privilege of speaking with him a few times. He was an awesome man. I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.

Susan I am so sorry to hear about this. I will always have great memories of some of the hunting trips we went on. Brandy was a great person. My condolences.
