Born on July 3, 1985, Cecil brought his unique spirit into the world and left a lasting impression on those who knew him. His life was marked by meaningful connections with family and those close to him.
He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Autumn Malone; his mother, Naomi Buck; his sister, Laurie Stewart; his grandmother, Linda Garges; his uncle and aunt, James and Sheila Smith; and Dan Chandler, who served as a father figure during his youth. Each of them carries cherished memories of Cecil and the time they shared together.
Cecil was preceded in death by his grandfather Gail Garges and his aunt Shannon Garges.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.

I can't believe you're gone I know we didn't see each other much we didn't even talk as much as we used to but at one time we were super close and you were such a great friend to me always made me laugh I always had some wild idea to go hunt down laugh out loud it's just unreal you're gone I just wish I knew what was going on in your head maybe I could helped I'll never know My condolences to your family and friends my heart breaks knowing this has happened you didn't need to go and do all that we all still needed you here but I hope you find peace I hope you fly higher than high and until we meet again my friend I'll rest in peace I will never forget you Ray you were my first my first everything my best friend before life parted our ways and I will hold that deer to my heart to my last birth I love you always!
