Dolores Shoffner

1949 - 2025

Dolores Pereira Shoffner, of Ceres, California, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Memorial Hospital. She was born in Macau, China on April 17, 1949, and raised in Middletown, California.

Dolores was a successful business owner. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling every one of them. She enjoyed gardening and relaxing while watching the hummingbirds visit and feed while her cats were sitting on her lap. Dolores welcomed and rescued every stray animal that showed up at her door. She enjoyed rest and relaxation amidst the glitz and glamor at the Silver Legacy in Reno. She will always be remembered for her generosity in sharing these adventures with loved ones.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Shoffner and her daughters: Patty Hardman, her husband Mike, their children Jensen, Katelyn and her husband Dylan; Antoinette Mendiola, her husband David, their children Jonathan, Kaila and her wife Martana; Nicole Aguilar and her fiancée Brandon Jones, their children Kiely, Madison and Sierra; stepdaughter Heather Thompson, her husband Jonny, their children Brandon, Dylan, Alex, Alexis and Braden. She is also survived by brothers and sisters, too many to mention, but as the 9th child, she was a shining star.

Dolores was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and she will always be remembered for her generosity and her love that she showered upon us.
