Doug Kelso, age 55, of Turlock passed away at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson on May 23, 2017. He died of cancer. Doug was born and raised in Turlock and graduated from Turlock High School in 1979. Doug worked for Beard Quality Nut in Modesto.
He enjoyed driving trucks, hunting, tractor pulling, Nascar, and watching his daughter barrel race. He also loved taking his grandson fishing and hunting and watching him play football and baseball.
Doug is survived by his loving wife Lisa Dugo Kelso; two daughters Taylor and Krista Kelso; three grandchildren Cannon Canada, Cali Canada, and Timmy Kelso;
parents Lawrence and Barbara Kelso; sister Debbie Kelso; nephew Otto Garza and niece Monique Garza; great nephew Trista Killough and great niece Heaven; brother Donnie Kelso (Marie); nieces Kylie and Mahaley, one great niece, and many, many close friends, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 4pm - 6pm at Allen Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 1pm also at Allen Mortuary. Please share your condolences and memories at
