Ellen graduated from Sunset High School in Hayward.
She is survived by her children: Andy (Nicole) Psarras, John (Kim) Psarras, grandchildren: Jack, Ava, Sophia, Michael, Andreas, Lydia, Hailey, Abigail, Michel, Kristina and Danielle, brother: Mike Baldwin, Niece: Karen Joines, Nephews: Mike Tom and Jerry Baldwin, Tony Jackman and her beloved cat "Baby."
