Evilyn Sonia Knowles

January 25, 1969 - May 8, 2024

Modesto, California - Evilyn was born on January 25, 1969, in Fremont, CA to Edward Sr. and Tina Perez. A high school graduate from Kennedy High School in Fremont followed by her graduation from Santa Barbra Business College. She worked for many years for the civil law office of Bud Ambrose in Fremont. She later became an employee at Georgia Pacic in San Leandro as a Regional District Manager in the lumber department for 10 years. She attended Big Valley Grace Church in Modesto where she volunteered at the book store and sang in the choir. Evilyn will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Evilyn leaves behind her son, Nicholas Knowles, her mother, Tina Dippel and step-father, Larry Dippel, her brother, Edward Perez, Jr. and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward S. Perez, Sr., her loving grandparents, Mateo and Ernestina Avila, uncles, Johnny, Mateo Jr., Rito, Sammy and Ray Avila and her cousins, David Pruneda and Joseph Perez.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapel. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, June 6 at 11:00 AM at Big Valley Grace Church in Modesto.
