March 1, 1931 - MAY 9, 2016
Frank Ruch passed away Monday May 9, 2016 at Hylond convalescent care home after a long struggle with dementia.
Frank was born in Alliance Ohio to immigrant parents from Germany. He retired from the Navy after 20 years of service and began a 40 year career of contracting concrete.
He was pre-deceased by his parents and is survived by his wife Delila and sons Michael and Steven and 2 step children, Jeff Young and Ronda Bomar. Plus 5 grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren.
He will be laid to rest at San Joaquin national cemetery with private services.

Aww my Linus from snoopie with his blanket!in the short time I got to know him he captured my heart as well as delila. Finally he's been called home and can rest. My condolences go out to Delila and family and friends! Rip Frank you will be missed.
