Irva was survived by her brother Donald Lee Bell of Oroville, CA. She is also survived by her four children, Debbie Mahoney, Jeff Anderson, Suzanne Robinson, Bret Binda and her stepson, Pete Binda. She had 19 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was a warm, loving and witty lady. There was never a person she came in contact with that she didn't befriend. She had an abundance of friends and kids that called her mom or grandma throughout her life. She loved to travel and go on adventures. Her favorite place was the beach. She had her faith that helped her get through the end. She will be greatly missed.

Grandma, i love and miss you so much.
It's indescribable.You would be so proud of how far i've come. I almost have two years clean and sober, i'm in all 3 of my daughters. Everyday lives, i'm going to school to become a CDAC1 to give back what was given to me !! I married my best friend who loves my children as much as I do. I miss you gramz !!

Hi grandma its been a year i miss u u were always there for me when im sick or if i need help with school i miss u we drive by ur house i always cry though i miss u.
