James "Seth" Brackett IV 29, born to Jay and Robin on Feb 12, 1990, passed away tragically on Aug. 30, 2019. James is survived by his wife Yvette, son's James and Richard, sister Jamie and brother Scotty. His memory will be treasured by countless other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on September 23, 2019 at The Celebration Center 323 Kerr Ave, Modesto Ca. Grave side services will be at 801 Scenic Dr. Modesto Ca at 12:30pm. Please join us back at The Celebration Center from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Bring your favorite side dish and memory to share.

This world wasn't ready for you to leave it. And I think everyone can agree that we weren't ready either. You will be missed by more then you could ever imagine. You were a amazing father to your children who love you and who will always love you. You were a wonderful son and brother who's mother's/sister's/brother's heart will never heal from this. I've known you since you were little running around with Mikey you guys were always together. I would be so mad because I'd be chasing you guys in the alley. You guys would be at the other end of the alley waving at me. Then you grew into a man. You calling me mom, I'd be your second mom. I am really proud to know you. You were a great friend and you help who ever you could if they needed it. Your life was taken to young and to soon. Just remember you will always be loved and missed. Your son's look like you, so we will have a part of you know matter what.

A little over a year and half ago you helped me lay Dad to rest and now here I am helping your boys lay you to rest. I will always be there for them and Yvette just like I promised you. But the hurt, anger, and sadness we are all experiencing because your gone will never go away or left unpunished. To think that I will never get another call from a number I don't know followed by a text saying this is your little brother, so I would call u back hurts.
