Joseph Huber Obituary
September 17, 1933 - June 24, 2012
Joseph Lewis Huber, 78, passed away June 24, 2012 with his loving wife Chris at his side. Born September 17, 1933 to Frank and Nettie Huber in Oklahoma, he moved to the Turlock area at the age of 15. Joseph served in the Koran War and was a champion boxer in the US Army. He worked at International Paper in Turlock for 35 years. Joseph loved spending time with all his family including his family at the Turlock Turf Club & Black Oak Casino. He loved watching football, college sports and horse races.
Joseph was preceded in death by his first wife Lillie Mae and two grandsons Robert and Kyle Huber, two sisters Billie and Edith, and brother Frank Huber.
Joseph is survived by his wife Christine Huber of 28 years, sons, Tim (Staci), Darrell (Jan) & Eddie (Jodie), step daughter, Shelly Andre (John), step son Eddie Joe Queen(Amee) and grandkids, Kelly, Rachel, Taryn, Breanna, Aj, Cassandra, Trace, David, Couri, and one great grandchild.
Donations may be made to Community Hospice of Modesto.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 27 from 5-8pm at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd. Funeral Services to be held on ThursdayJune 28 at 11am at Turlock Funeral Home with interment to follow.wwwTurlockMemorialPark.com
