Joe was a real inspiration to all who worked with him. I had the pleasure of knowing him many years while I worked at the Riverbank Army Plant. I can never forget his smile he always gave to all he encountered. I offer my sorrow for your loss, but more my Joy for having the opportunity to know Joe.

I am so saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I remember going to Tahoe on a bus with the whole family and he had us all cracking up every second...The unknow comic LOL ...I believe he also missed the bus that night back to Oakdale...So the family got a shirt made up for him for the next adventures...Joe was a kind man with a great smile. Alice, I know what it is like to lose a brother..My prayers are with you at this time..I miss you all and I am sorry for your loss..

Uncle Joe
Growing up I treasured our yearly family reunions. I always looked forward to your part of the talent show. Although I was not old enough to understand it, seeing your grown uncles walk around with paper bags over their heads was pretty funny.
Your beautiful smile and incredible hugs will be missed. I am just grateful that I had you in my life and was able to share you and your love with my children. I love you!

Uncle Joe will always be in our hearts and memories. His quick smile and sense of humor are treasured by everyone who knew and loved him. He will always be remembered as The Unknown Comic at the family reunion in the early years. No one can ever take his place. We will always love you Uncle Joe.
