Juli McManis Obituary
June 6, 1964 - March 19, 2025
Modesto, California - Juli Enochs was born in Patterson, California to parents Jim Enochs and Ann Dutton. Juli and her sister, Lynn, grew up in Modesto. Childhood memories revolved around riding horses, camping trips and traveling together.
In 1989 she was married to the love of her life, Steve McManis. They spent 35 wonderful anniversaries together.
In December of 1989 they were blessed with 2 twin boys, Brett and Heath. A few years later they moved out to the countryside. The boys and Steve share fond memories together with Juli at the beach and at their Modesto ranch.
Juli was blessed with 5 grandchildren; Carter and Clint McManis (Brett and Laura) and Jackson, Olivia, and Brody McManis (Heath and Melissa).
Her greatest joys in life were traveling with Steve, and spending time with her grandchildren. Most evenings were spent on the back patio watching them play together.
After a courageous year-long battle with ALS, Juli passed away in the comfort of her home with her husband and sons by her side.
Juli had a zeal for life! She was the most amazing mother, wife and friend. She brought beauty to everything around her, not just with her eye for design, but with her love of life. Her presence will be missed, but the memories remain, and "we have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ" - Romans 5:1-5
May HE be given all the glory of a life well lived.
She will be laid to rest by her family in a private setting.

Juli was one of the sweetest people I have met throughout my life. I was blessed to spend time with when she was younger and building their family home. I have always valued my time with such a wonderful wife mother and someone who loved design. May her memory bring her family joy. God Bless you Juli you will be missed but always admired.

My deepest condolences to Juli´s family, and especially her sister Lynn. I have not seen Juli since high school, but my memory of the Enochs sisters is that they were always kind. I can still picture Juli with her beautiful blond hair, her huge smile, and her big brown eyes. She never walked by without saying hello. May her family and friends find comfort in all the wonderful memories they made with her.

So very sorry for your loss. I met Juli at Old Oak Ranch as she simply was so much fun to be around. As our paths would cross during our teens and 20s, Juli remained playful, energetic, and happy. I am very saddened to hear of her passing. Sending prayers for comfort.

Steve, Brett and Heath, Lynn and families, I am SO very sorry for your loss. I have great memories of high school times with Juli and then when we were having our kids around the same times. What a beautiful person with a wonderful witty personality! Your loss and grief will be great no doubt but how blessed to have the wonderful memories of the times you´ve had.
