Lucille Geiger entered heaven at the age of 93. She was born and raised in Clovis, graduating from Fresno Community College. She met Oren, her husband of 65 years, through their District Church Walter League. Oren was later a vicar at her church.
Lucille and Oren ministered at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for 30 years.  She was a wonderful minister's wife and loved to make people feel welcome. She was always at Oren's side, helping in whatever role was needed. Mom, job well done good and faithful servant.
Our parents created a loving, Christian home. We children are so appreciative and thankful for their love, and for the guidance they provided.
Lucille is survived by her children David (Stephanie), Susan (Kori), Richard (Yvonne), and Robert (Patsy), six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Oren, baby daughter Karen, twin sister Louise Mueller, brother Richard Engebrecht, and baby great-grandson Kaden.
Lucille was a member of Tuesday Reading Club and a Volunteer Pink Lady at Emanuel Medical Center. She always enjoyed Tuesday mornings having breakfast with her friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sun., Apr. 24, at Turlock Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Mon., Apr. 25 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 640 Minaret Ave., Turlock.  Private interment will take place at Turlock Memorial Park.
