Martha, 77, of Waterford passed away in her home early Monday morning Sept 26, 2011. She was born in Los Angeles to Otto Rasch and Ora Lee Rodgers. Martha has resided in Waterford nearly her entire life. She is preceded in death by her late husband Harry (Keith) Greenlee, and is survived by her current husband Elbert Hash. She is a mother to four children, Mike Greenlee (Lisa) of Modesto, Bruce Greenlee (Pam) of Modesto, Nancy Greenlee of Modesto and Sharon Lorenz (Greg) of Waterford and Four Stepsons Elbert, Jeff, Miles and Chris. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was a loving woman and will greatly be missed. At her request, no services will be held.

Martha, we have been friends for 75+ years. I have such good memories of Ghosty, Grey Eagle, and Pee Wee, (our horses), you and I. It is hard to believe you will no longer be with us.
I have many loving thoughts of us being such great friends.
