Bob was born on May 06, 1942 to Arthur and Remedios Chenoweth in Manila, Philippines. He is predeceased by his parents and younger brother, Albert David Chenoweth. At age nine, the family moved to San Lorenzo, California where he attended grammar schools then graduated as a San Lorenzo High School "Rebel" in 1942.
