William Holtzclaw Obituary
November 29, 1953 - January 20, 2022
Turlock, California - William Alan "Bill" Holtzclaw passed away on Thursday, January 20th, at the age of 68.
Bill was born on November 29, 1953, in Oakdale, CA, to Herschel Lee and Sonja June (née Anderson) Holtzclaw. Raised in Valley Home and Oakdale, he graduated from Oakdale High School and attended Modesto Junior College where he was active in multiple sports.
Bill found success as a Real Estate Broker, owning and operating Momentum Co. Realtors.
Bill was passionate about spending time with his family, his Swedish heritage, sustainable gardening, woodworking, century cycling, golfing, taking trips to the foothills and Sierras, and sharing wine with friends.
Left to cherish his memories and feel his continued presence are his fiancée, Janelle Comfort; three daughters, Courtney Holtzclaw, Brittany (Ben Cook) Holtzclaw, and Hailey (Zack) Morey; siblings, Marsha (Tom) Love, Kristin (Mike) Sayre, and Tom (Janet) Holtzclaw; four grandchildren, Ava June, James, Thomas, and Millie; and numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy; and sister, Mikael Lisa.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
In lieu of flowers, please plant flowers, vegetables or a fruit tree someplace special to you, in memory of Bill.
