Yvonne Arlene Toth, born January 28, 1948 to Albert M. and Miriam B. Toth in San Luis Obispo, CA, went home to be with the Lord on September 16, 2011. Raised in Castro Valley, CA, Yvonne graduated from Kenyon High School and Heald Business College. She worked from 1970-2003 as a Payroll officer for the Department of the Navy in Oakland California and the Department of Defense in Denver Colorado. Yvonne spent her retirement years in Modesto California, donating her time and her heart to Big Valley Grace Church and the Good Samaritan team.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law Dwayne and Joan Toth, sister Corky Van Norman, niece Jessica Martz and family, nephew RJ Kirkland and family, niece Katie Berger and family and many other family and friends.
A service will be held in Yvonne's honor at Big Valley Grace Church in Modesto California on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Yvonne's name to Good Samaritan Ministry at Big Valley Grace Church, 4040 Tully Road, Modesto CA 95356.
