I am deeply saddened to hear that Jerry has passed away. I was honored to have known him and to have worked for him at the Travelodge/Forte Hotels Corporate Offices in El Cajon, California. He was indeed a very special gentleman, whose smile could light up a room. Rest in Peace, dear Jerry. May God bless and watch over your family and your friends. You were one of those special people that God chose to be a part of our lives and I will always be grateful. We are all better people for having known you.

Jerry was the best next door neighbor I could have asked for. Loved him and his "crazy" sense of humor, and miss him dearly.
