KARL TAYLOR Obituary
Karl H. Taylor, age 76, passed away on December 15, 2024, at home and in Kingman. Karl was born on October 29, 1948, in Ganado, Arizona to the late Lloyd and Lucille (Davie) Taylor.
Karl grew up in Holbrook, Arizona, living at the Arizona Rancho Hotel. While attending Holbrook High School, he played basketball and sang, earning accolades in both. He attended college, both at Arizona Western and NAU. After earning a bachelor's degree from NAU, he and Pauletta moved to Kingman and raised two children. Karl was a mechanic. He also worked at both the Duval mine and as a production manager at Jeld-Wen.
Karl is remembered for his quiet independence and a fierce work ethic. Some of his interests were basketball, boxing, and music.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Pauletta; and his brothers: Charles, Tom, Earl, and Richard.
He is survived by his sons, Karl Jr. (Jeanne) and Scott (Kerry); brother-in-law, Dale Jordan; grandchildren Mollie, Rylie, Tabytha, and Jordan; and brothers, Henry (Sam Green) and Lloyd; as well as nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed.
Karl will be intered at the Holbrook Cemetery.
