RICHARD ARMSTRONG Obituary

Richard Joseph Armstrong, age 55, a 20-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 28, 2012, with his wife, Marlene by his side. He was born Nov. 15, 1956.

He worked as a casino dealer at various Laughlin casinos, most recently at the Riverside.

Richard loved to BBQ, and play board games and cards. He loved his family and friends and his dog Amy. He especially loved being "Grandpa".

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Evelyn Armstrong.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Phyllis Marlene Reid; daughter, Shawn Wamsher; sister, Beth (Steve) Armstrong Tererri; three brothers, Donald John, James George and Charles William Armstrong; two granddaughters, Brandy and Misty Knight; three nephews Damon, Brian and Eric; and niece, Jenny.

Richard will be deeply missed by us all.

A private memorial will be held by his family.

Marlene, I am so sorry for your loss. Richard was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him. We worked together at River Palms for years. ~Deborah Dawson

I worked with Richard at the Riverside Casino in the Dice Pit. He was a Wonderful Man ,Im sorry for your loss Marlene , He always said nice things about you, May he rest in Peace and God Bless You!!!
