CARMEL VALLEY - At not quite 91, Beverly Sinclair passed away peacefully on January 19, 2012. Born on March 1, 1921, in Klamath Falls, Oregon, she was the daughter of John and Elsie Siemens and the sister of Jack, Joanna and Elizabeth.
During her college years, she was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, at Oregon State College. She was a student of
secretarial science, which she later put to use at Union Oil, in Los Angeles, California.
On May 5, 1944, Beverly married Richard Thomas Sinclair, of Klamath Falls, Oregon. They remained married until her passing, and had four children, Robert, Randall, Richard and Meredith. Beverly and ÔDick' resided for 54 years in Carmel Valley. Beverly was a dedicated homemaker, mother and wife, carting kids to baseball practice, attending their football games and providing a never ending shuttle to doctor and dental appointments. On top of all of this she always had a well rounded meal on the table and as long as you ate your vegetables, you got a scrumptious dessert.
She is survived by her husband and children, and at her wish, there will be no funeral services.
The family would like to thank the caring staff of Sunrise Senior Center and Heartland Hospice. In addition, the family thanks the friends and neighbors that have been so helpful and supportive.
