Montgomery - Mr. David Lee Jones Jr., a resident of Montgomery, AL expired August 2, 2018. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from Oak Street A.M.E. Zion Church, 1500 Oak Street, Montgomery, AL 36108 with Rev. William Patterson, officiating. Interment in Eastwood Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Lenetta Jones of 26 years; two daughters, MeAnne Pittman, Ellenwood, GA; and Davitta (Tommy) Wooten, Macon, GA; two sons, Kelvin (Sandi) Jones, Palmetto, GA; and Rodrick (LaNitra) Lee Sr., Prattville, AL; a loving Godmother, Mrs. Ozella Perkins, Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Linda Chapman and Brenda Holloway, Montgomery, AL; five brothers, Larry Chapman, Montgomery, AL; Billy (Ann) Holloway,Warner Robbins, GA; Gregory Jones, Glen Arden, MD; Gary (Evelyn) Kidd, Atlanta, GA; and Anthony (Annetta) Gwin, Grove Hill, AL; brother-in-law, Shedrick (Evelyn) Lloyd, Montgomery, AL; grandchildren, Reagan Wooten, Carmen Jones, Kameron and Derick Steven, Rodrick Lee Jr., Isaiah Parrish, Chantal Jones, Alyiah Parrish,and TyNitra Wilson, and one great grandchild, Kennedy Williams. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Extended Family: Brother: Bruce Chapman, Colorado and Sister: Belinda Orr, Savannah, GA; Lifelong friends: Johnny Reeves and Earl Jones, Atlanta, GA.
