DUNCAN LILES Obituary

LILES, Duncan Parker, Jr., a resident of Montgomery, AL, died Sunday, March 16, 2003. He was born Janu-ary 14, 1922 in Brewton, Alabama, the son of Duncan Parker Liles, Sr and Sadie Padgett Liles.Services will be held at Trinity Pres-byterian Church, located at the corner of Hull and Felder Avenue at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2003, with Rev. Claude McRoberts and Rev. Stanley Hartman officiating. Vi-sitation at the Church at 12:30 p.m. before the service. Interment will take place at Greenwood Ceme-tery.Mr. Liles is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Bradford Liles; sons, Duncan Parker Liles, III (Tern), Lee Bradford Liles, Montgomery, AL; daughters Margaret Liles Knight, Mobile, AL and Molly Liles Carter (John), Birmingham, AL; grandchil-dren: Duncan Parker Liles IV, George Brabner Liles, Bradford Bo-wen Liles, Caroline Barry Liles, Ca-therine Pruitt Liles, Margaret Lee Liles, Lee Bradford Liles, Jr., Stillman DePauw Knight, III, Margaret Liles Knight, Margaret Carolyn Carter, John Frederick Carter, Jr., and Duncan Liles Carter; sisters, Sara Ruth Sowell and Carolyn Liles, brother, Thomas Pershing Liles, Brewton, AL and numerous nieces and nephews.Pallbearers will be his grandsons. Honorary pallbearers: Rex Bennett, Weldon Doe, James Goyer, Hol-man Head, Dr. Hamilton Hutchin-son, Leon Loard, James Rouse, James W. Rutland, Robert Stern-berg, Dr. Thomas Williams, Hamil-ton Wilson, Jr. and The Strong Bible Class.Donations to be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church Missions or their favorite charity.LEAK-MEMORY CHAPEL DIRECTING
