I echo Lou's entry. George was not only a true gentleman but really a gentleman. I had the the pleasure for working for him as he offered me a "prize" job at NASA. No windows, cold as heck and assured me all will be well, if I were to join his team. I did as a very young woman and it was the best decision I have ever made. George was and still is an inspiration to me. God Bless you Mr. G. xoxo

George was a very dear friend. The first time I met him, he followed me around like a little puppy talking about my jeans! HaHa! You gotta love ya some George! My prayers go out to his friends and family and may he rest in peace.

George was a friend who was always happy to answer any questions I had at work. At NASA, he was the guy to go to about cameras. May he rest in peace with the Lord.

I'm so sorry to hear about George. He was a very dear friend of my parents, Paul and Sandra Watson. Dad and George worked together in Montgomery and in Saudi.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of George Finley. George is a long time friend and co-worker. Going back to the early days of the Space Shuttle program, George was an integral part of NASA's video support team at Edwards Air Force Base. Outside of work, George was a good friend having a “Big Heart”, always welcoming you with a warm smile and a hardy handshake. After years from being away from NASA, I ran into George at a video-conference. As always, our friendship wouldn't miss a beat, we'd pick-up wherever we previously left off.
My thoughts/prayers go out to the many co-workers, friends and especially family members for their individual losses.

George was always a good friend to me. I will miss hearing his voice and him asking me if I ever got my harley back on the road yet. I am greatly saddened by his death, and I will always remember the friendship we shared. My prayers are with him and his family.
