BROUGHTON, Mr. Jerod Donte', 14, a resident of 1889 Crenshaw Road, Wetumpka, AL, died Sunday, May 6, 2001 as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 11, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. from the Weeping Willow Baptist Church, Montgomery, AL with Dr. Leon F. Ross, Sr. officiating Pastor. Burial will be in Montgomery Memorial Gardens, Montgomery, Alabama with Hillside Mortuary directing. He leaves to cherish his precious memories mother, Peggy A. Broughton, Monroeville, AL; father, Jerome Broughton and stepmother, Natasha M. Broughton, Wetumpka, AL; two brothers, Jeremy and J-Isaac Broughton, Wetumpka, AL; three sisters, Victoria Williams, Taylor, Michigan, Nora and Zipporah Broughton, Wetumpka, Alabama; grandmother, Bernice Brown, Monroeville, AL; step-grandmother, Helen Collins, Montgomery, AL; three nieces and a host of uncles, aunts, relatives and friends. The body will lie in state the church one hour prior to the services.
