LINDSEY WILLIAM Obituary

WILLIAM, Lindsey, Law-rence, (Bill÷, 76, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2006 in Montgomery after an extended illness. Mr. Lind-sey was a member of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church of Montgomery, AL. He was born in Milton, Florida on September 3, 1930; served in the US Army in Germany as an English instructor; received his Masters from the University of Alabama; worked in pharma-ceutical sales for 30 years; and upon retirement taught as a substitute teacher in Montgom-ery at the high school level. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margery Rives Lindsey; his son Dr. Mark S. Lindsey of Montgomery, AL; his daughter Vinette Trivitayakhun of Savan-nah, GA; and his daughter To-nya Shaw of Seminole, FL; and six loving grandchildren who knew him as (Papa÷. A cele-bration of Life for Mr. Lindsey will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lin-coln Road, Montgomery, AL 334-272-6501, with Dr. John Ed Mathison officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Leak-Memory. Graveside services will follow in Selma, Alabama, at 1:00 PM at New Live Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Odyssey Hospice, The American Cancer Society, or The American Arthritis Foun-dation. Leak-Memory Chapel Directing
