SMITH, Mrs. Mary Lou, a resident of Montgomery, AL., died Saturday, August 9, 2003. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 16, 2003 at 12:00 p.m. from Lilly Hill Baptist Church, Prattville, AL., with Rev. Donnie Williams, officiating, Rev. Raymond Thomas, Pastor. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Prattville, AL.; Ross-Clayton Funeral Home, Inc., directing. The procession will leave from 3858 Happiness Avenue, Montgomery, AL. at 11:00 a.m. She leaves to cherish fond memories: her husband, Johnny L. Smith, Sr.; a devoted and loving daughter, Dorothy (John) Anderson; a loving son, Johnny (Charlie Mae) Smith, all of Montgomery, AL.; three sisters: Mary Alice (Ben) Riggins, Nina Ann Young and Mary Moseley, all of Montgomery, AL.; five brothers: Shelley (Melissa) Davis, William Earl, Tommy (Rosie) Jones, Amos Leige, James (Jewel) Leige; 20 grandchildren: Johnny (Sophia), Curtis, Clarence, Rayburn (Kim), Leighton Anderson, all of Montgomery, AL; Olivia, Lindsey, Norma Jean, Johnny Jr., Corey, Andre, Wayne (Rene), Craig Smith, all of Montgomery, AL.; Diane, James (Shemika), Martha, Gloria (John) Williams, Sharon, Patrick, Janice Wilson, all of Montgomery, AL.; 31 great-grandchildren, one great-greatgrandchild, five brothers-in-law: Willie (Martha) Smith, Mose (Mary Lou) Smith, Walter (Pearlie) Smith, George and James Young, 6 sisters-in-law: Lillie Pearson, Emily Hammond, both of Louisville, KY.; Annie Pearl Crenshaw, Mary (Glenn) Ball, Wetumpka, AL.; Rosie (Eddie) Martin, Millbrook, AL.; Laura Smith, Prattville, AL.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and three devoted friends: Betty Ann Parker, Prattville, AL.; Ms. Helen of Riverside, and Gladys Motley, Montgomery, AL.; and many other friends.
