I first met Dr.Duggar at age of 18 when I couldn´t get in to see Dr.Kathleen Wickman my primary GYN.This big man came in my room,at the time no facial hair, handsome friendly man with a kindly, funny sense of humor .He was very thouror in his medical field.Years later delivered my first born, two months premature and she had medical issues so the Lord took her in his hands 14hours later.I shortly allowed him to deliver my second daughter, also a preme and he allowed me to stay in the hospital with her till she went home,5 days later for he knew I couldn´t go home without another baby. 13 years late he delivered my 3rd.daughter.I had a friend to visit me and his funny ways said he´d wake her up so my friend could see her,so he tossed her up and scared the bejesus outta me.She woke up.lol! I´m sure he´s admiring all the life he brought forth into this world and I´m truly blessed to of had him as my caring Doctor. I´m glad I had a chance to know you and your splendid service Thank you,Roger "Dodger"

Dr. Roger was a very caring and compassionate man that knew just what to say to make you laugh. He was my doctor for over 30 years - delivering both of my boys. I was a high risk pregnancy with both but he always had a plan whether I knew it or not.
My heart goes out to his family along with his extended family which includes each and every one of the precious babies that he brought into this world. Rest in peace and we will see each other again on some sweet day.

Dr. Roger Duggar was my doctor and unofficial counselor for 20 plus years. He delivered my son, and was the best Ob/Gyn doctor. I enjoyed my annual visits just so I could get advice of life stressors. I was so hurt when I read he retired, and had to find another Gyn because in my opinion, he was the best and most patience doctor I know. R.I.P. Doc!!

I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Roger was by far the best. He was my doctor for more than 25 years and then my daughters. He never rushed his patients and I never minded waiting to see him. If I had an appointment, I would just plan on waiting because he was not in a hurry and gave me every minute I needed. He was an expert at bedside manner and he cared for you. May God give you peace knowing he was truly a great man and love by many.

Dr. Duggar was a wonderful person. It was hurtful when he retired from his practice after being my GYN for 37 years, taking care of me during my pregnancies, and delivering my blessings into this world. Now to run across this announcement that he has made his heavenly transition was really shocking. May God bless and keep his family!
