I am so sorry for the loss of Rosetta. I know her from my work as a contract specialist, she was my DCMA POC. She taught me so much and was a great teacher. She nominated me for an award from DCMA and she and her boss drive to Melbourne to present me with the award. I so much appreciated that. She will be greatly missed.

To the family of Rosetta remember to continue to look to the hills from which cometh your help for your help comes from the Lord. And continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path. And know that God love you and so do I. Your Daughter, Mom, grandmother, family and my friend was a beautiful woman of God that was loved by everyone she came in contact with. I meet her in Germany in 1989. Love Always Ella Walker

To The McCoy Family,
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. Cherish the memories of your Mother for she will forever live in each of your hearts. May God give you strength during this difficult time.
"Let not your heart be troubled you believe in God believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I'm going to prepare a place for you and I will come again and receive you unto Myself; that where I am there you may be also." John 14:1-3
