The family willreceive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8P.M. at K.L. Brown MemoryChapel in Golden Springs. Mr. Bowerman died December 16, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Bowerman was a graduate of The University of Alabama and The University ofOklahoma. He was a veteranof the Armed Guard duringWorld War II and was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps. He had retiredfrom Anniston Army Depot asDirector of Management Information Systems. He was amember of Golden SpringsBaptist Church. Mr. Bowerman is preceded in death byhis wife Frances Johnson Bowerman; his mother, EuniceBales Bowerman; father, William Henry Bowerman; brother, Herman Henry Bowerman;sister, Juanita Bowerman Berman; grandson, Thomas RoyBowerman, III; and a granddaughter Terri Bowerman. Mr. Bowerman is survived byhis sons, Charles Henry Bowerman and his wife, Linda, ofJasper, Thomas Roy Bowerman, Jr. and his wife, Susan,of Talladega, Terry AdrianBowerman, and Barry LynnBowerman and his wife, Elizabeth, all of Anniston; grandchildren, Christopher LynnBowerman, Tiffany MichelleBowerman Garrett and herhusband, Darrell, DustinChase Bowerman, CylieBrooke Bowerman, Elisa LynnBowerman, Sandra Bowerman Tidwell, and Charles RayBowerman; and five greatgrandchildren. Pallbearers will be JasonTroup, Alan Conn, MarkHinds, Mike Hinds, RandySchultz, and Tim Brittian.
