William Perry Cook

Autaugaville, AL - William Perry Cook, 72, of Autaugaville, Alabama, passed away on June 16, 2021, surrounded by family.

William was born December 5, 1948, in Prattville, Alabama to Dollie May Sylvania Martin Cook and Huey Leo Cook, who preceded him in death. At the age of eighteen, he enlisted in the Army and proudly served for three years.

He enjoyed spending time by the water and was known as "Cookie" to his beloved grandchildren and many friends.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughter Mandi (Todd) Woods; daughter Maci (Kevin) Reynolds; daughter Taryn (Brodie) James, his grandchildren, Hallie (Chris) Conrad and Laramie Graham (Peyton DeFleron), Kati, Keeli, and Jonathan Reynolds, and Landon and Hudson James; great granddaughters, Auburn and Paxton; and sister Melba Covey.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 10th, from 10am to 12pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services Chapel, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104. A Celebration of Life for family and friends to follow at 2pm at William's home.
