Catherine Ciliberto Obituary

Catherine Ann Ciliberto Of Rydal, PA died peacefully Friday, July 16,2010 at Abington Hospice at Warminster. She was the wife of the late Anthony A. Ciliberto. She was born September 9,1921 in Maida Italy, the daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine DeCicco. She is survived by son Frank and his wife, Donna, of New Paltz, NY and son Anthony and his wife, Christina of Santa Cruz, CA. She was the beloved grand-mom of grand-children Tony, Kurt, Jimmy, Lisa, Jordan and Devon and great-granchildren Sophia, Anthony, Ainsley, Ava, and Andrew. She leaves a sister, Rose Papaleo and brother Joseph DeCicco, both of Roslyn, PA and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her brother Frank DeCicco, sister Antoinette Campbell and grand-daughter Tracie Ciliberto. Catherine and her husband owned and operated several successful businesses including the Abington Tavern. She was known as one of the area's finest cooks. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Horsham Congregation. There will be a private graveside burial at Whitemarsh Memorial Park. Contributions in her memory may be made to: Abington Hospice at Warminster, 225 Newtown Rd., Warminster, PA 18974.
