Duane Louisiana Obituary
Duane graduated from Litchfield High School with the class of 1959. Upon graduation, Duane enlisted in the United States Army. He worked as an Engineer at Control Data for 26 years until his retirement. In retirement, Duane began his own computer network business, Comser Incorporated.
Duane was a member of the Monticello American Legion Post 260 and Pheasants Forever. He was an avid hunter and fisher. He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his family and friends. His fun natured personality and generosity will truly be missed. "Tally-ho!"
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Olga; step-fathers, Reuben, Don, Jim; and sister, Gayle Dietrich.
Duane is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Karen Louisiana; son, Michael (Sheila) Louisiana; beloved dog, Jasper; brothers, Jim and Terry; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A special thank you to Moments Hospice for their love and care shown to Duane and our family.
A memorial service was held Friday, October 13, 2023 at Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Chapel. Burial Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
