Ernest Michael Couch

June 23, 1947 - June 1, 2023

Ernie Michael "Mike" Couch, 75, of Mooresville, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023. He was born on June 23, 1947, in Mooresville, N.C. to the late Ernie and Mildred Lee Couch. Mike was a graduate of Mooresville High School and N.C. State University. He enjoyed a 25 year career with Duke Energy. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his first wife, Toni Couch. He is survived by his wife Terri Couch; son, Brian and wife Lorinda; granddaughter, Audrey Couch; grandson, Grant and wife Alicya; great-grandson, Rutherford; brother, Johnny Couch; sisters, Sherry Couch Crowell and husband, John, and Linda Couch. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County, 2347 Simonton Road, Statesville, NC 28625.
