Theresa Alberta Nagel

January 22, 1929 - January 17, 2021

Theresa Alberta Nagel, 91, of Mooresville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at The Citadel in Mooresville.

She was born Jan. 22, 1929, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Charles and Florence Fernan Gastel.

Mrs. Nagel was a retired Nurses Aid from Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church in Mooresville. She was a good wife and mother, and was very strong, devoted, and a religious woman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Nagel; son, Robert Nagel; and sister, Lillian Persoons.

She is survived by her son, Richard W. Nagel and wife, Tania; sister, Betty Regan; and grandsons, Aiden and Gavin Nagel.

No services will be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church Poor Fund, 217 Brawley School Rd., Mooresville, NC 28117.
