David Goodman Obituary
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn (Pittman) Goodman; and parents, Willard and Pauline Goodman.
He is survived in death by his wife Barbara; daughter, Linna; sons, William and wife Laura and Mark and wife Andrea; step-sons, Duane and wife Lisa Scott and Steve and wife Jennifer Scott; step-daughters, Susan and husband Kenny LaRue and Kaye and husband Troy McCartt; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family received friends from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, 2023 with the funeral service at 6 p.m. at Mossy Grove Baptist Church where he has held positions of Pastor, Associate Pastor and most recently Senior Adults Director along side his wife Barbara. A graveside service was held on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. in Wartburg Cemetery. Services were officiated by Bro Jim Disney pastor of Mossy Grove Baptist Church.
Schubert Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
