Kevin Setzer was born Feb. 8, 1956, and passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022, in a fire at his home in Ashland, Ky., alongside his beloved cat, Friday.
He was a graduate of Valdese High School.
Kevin is survived by his fiancêe, Donna Meek of Ashland, Ky.; brother, Tracy Setzer (Teresa) of Drexel; and sister, Kim Angermeier (Tom) of Poseyville, Ind.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Max Robbins and Patricia Treadway Oliver; and brother, Scott Setzer (Toy), of Oak Grove, Ark.

My deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to Kevin´s family. I have fond memories of growing up next to his grandparents and hanging out with him and his family when they visited. I was glad when they moved to Valdese.
