Dr. Dennis Radefeld was a great doctor. he saved my life a couple of times during surgery on me. He was always smiling. Treated people very well. he had gifted hands. He also did personal work by sending eyeglasses to people overseas. You are in our prayers. God bless you.

Deny,
I remember your telling me how kind and committed your dad was. How much he loved people and being able to volunteer to help others when many others his age were simply retired.
I think about all of you each time I drive on Antelope Trail or Olympia or go to church on Christmas Eve.

I worked with Dr. Radefeld for many years at Amherst Hospital and knew him as extremely competent, compassionate, and kind to his patients and staff.
His missionary work is truly remarkable!

My Condolences. You did a last minute change on how my surgery was to be preformed. For that I am very grateful you took the lymph nodes not from my neck but my arm. Found no cancer. But now we found you saved me by not taking them from the neck..I am so grateful you changed where the lymph node should be removed. R.I.P. Dr. Radefeld

I am so sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Radefeld. He was my father-in-law for 17 years. He was truly a wonderful man, skilled in so many ways. I have wonderful memories of him. My sympathy to his family.

Carol and Family, Our love and prayers are with you at your loss. Bud was an inspiration to us when we served with him in the Dominican Republic. He blessed many people who came to the projects for surgical care. Bud was kind, loving, humble and compassionate. He is now sitting at the feet of Jesus who is saying "Well done, good and faithful servant"

Dear Carol:
I'm very sorry to hear of your loss Carol & my loss, he was the greatest Doctor & Surgeon ever !
Back in the 1970's he saved my life a couple of times during surgery for acute pancreatitis. If someone else was my surgeon I probably would have died . My mother told me he went to the Chapel to pray for God to guide his hand before taking me to surgery ! I was in St Joseph's hospital at the time. He was a great humanitarian. He was definitely one in a million. He was remarkable man ! Our condolences to you Carol, and your family. I can't express how much I'll miss him.

I mourn with the Radefeld family, the loss of such an exemplary human being.He was and remains an inspiration to myself and many others. My mother, (Janice Long), spoke often of her medical missions to the D.R. with Carol and Dr. Radefeld.His life truly enriched the lives of many.

To the Radefeld family. I never formally met Dr. Radefeld, but his name is on my birth certificate. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 18, 1951 at the old City Hospital, which was at that time Metro-General. May God Bless you all.

I first saw Dr. Dennis when he walked on the 3rd floor of ST Joe's Hosp. He was liked and admired by everyone, I had the privilege of working with him at Lorain Comm in Surgery, he was a fantastic surgeon, a wonderful person, and he was loved by all who knew him, I guess he Lord needed a Surgeon, Bless him
