Isaac Atkinson Obituary
Isaac's 12 days of life brought forth Joy to all that knew and came in contact with him.
Isaac will be sadly missed but not forgotten, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, his parents Rev. Lawrence Sr. and Minister Dorothy Atkinson, sisters Lisa, Glenda, Viola, Danielle Atkinson all of Lorain; brothers Lawrence Jr and Derek Atkinson of Lorain; God sister Taylor Cassidy of Elyria; God brother KeShawndra Carter of Lorain; maternal grandparents Glenda Foster of Lorain; uncles and aunts Donald (Ida) Atkinson of South Carolina; Oscar (Saroi) Atkinson of West Virginia; Marvin Atkinson of Lorain; Andrew (Viola) Nunnally of Lorain; Leo Foster of Lorain and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and church family members.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Harry and Bertha Atkinson, Maternal grandfather Howard John Foster Jr., Uncle Aaron Atkinson and Brother Larry Foster.
Friends may call Saturday May 30, 2015 at New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church 3880 Dayton Ave., Lorain, Ohio from 10am until time of service at 11am, Rev. Tyrone Holley, Pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.

Dorothy and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about your beautiful baby boy. There is nothing anyone can say to help ease your pain. I know from experience of loosing my baby boy at 38 weeks, the pain is awful. I could only go minute by minute. Then it was hour by hour then day by day. If you need to talk I'm here for you and your family. I pray God gives you peace. My heart truly aches for you all. Please accept my condolence in behalf of Isaac, the death of a loved one is hard for anyone to endure. But losing a baby, is very heart breaking . When we face such hardship a prayer from Philippians 4:6,7 gives us comfort.

I feel your pain. I have been there before. Words and condolences won't stop you from grieving your child, but just to let you know how much we care. Your strength and faith in the Lord, will see you through this. It takes time to heal. In the days to come stay encouraged, for there is a better day.
