Joseph Denman Obituary
LORAIN – Joseph M. "Joe" Denman, 49, of Lorain, died Monday July 14, 2014 at Mercy New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain after a brief illness with cancer.
He was born March 4, 1965 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Joe attended Southview High School in Lorain and worked at Lorain Products as a tow motor operator. He enjoyed attending his children's events and activities, working on cars, motorcycles and bowling.
He is survived by his companion of 5 years Gail Cisar-Gaffney, children Cory Luman of New Castle, Kentucky, Michael Denman and Ethan Denman, both of Lorain, parents Dennis and Maria Denman (nee Bajurczak) of Lorain, brothers Brian Denman and Eric (Maritza) Denman, all of Lorain, one niece and one nephew.
The family will receive friends Friday 4-8 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am in the funeral chapel. The Rev. Jimmy Madsen, pastor of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lorain, will officiate. Cremation will follow. Private family burial of the ashes will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain at a later date.

Joe will be missed by everyone, he touched so many lives. He was an awesome person and family was very important to him, they did not all have to be blood related. He treated so many like family. The heavens gained an angel and he will be watching over us all.
