Mark Dolan, age 28 of Amherst, passed away in his home on Sunday, September 12, 2021.He was born June 1, 1993 in Lorain to Eren Dolan and was a lifelong resident of the Lorain area, most recently in Elyria and Amherst. He attended Murray Ridge Center.Mark was always the life of the party. He had a colorful vocabulary, an even brighter smile and phenomenal laugh. His famous “Dolan Hugs” would make everything better. He always expressed exactly how he felt and made sure he said, “I love you” every chance he had.Mark enjoyed listening to music and showing off his dance moves, especially to the likes of Drake, Sia, anything country or that which expressed his love of Jesus.Surviving is his uncle, Michael Dolan of Sheffield Lake; aunts, Keri Dolan of Lorain and Kathy (Gary) Pippert of New London as well as a host of Caregivers at (and formally of) REM Ohio that were also family.Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Eren Dolan of Lorain and Maternal grandparents, Martin Joseph and Frieda (nee Ungerleidar) Dolan.Visitation will be held Friday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral services at 2:45 pm.
