Patricia Mihaly Obituary
SHEFFIELD LAKE – Patricia Mihaly (nee Harless), 58, of Sheffield Lake formerly of Berea, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at her home, following a brief illness.
She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on September 8, 1952 and had moved to Ohio at the age of fourteen.
Patricia enjoyed taking care of her cats, boating, fishing and spending time with her many friends and family.
Survivors include her son, Michael Ols of Charleston, WV, daughter, Jaqutta Knight of Charleston, WV, mother, Juanita Sloan, step father, Dewie Sloan both of Charleston, WV. Sister, Maysel Lara of Sheffield Lake, brothers, William Harless and Dewie Michael Sloan both of Charleston, WV. Grandchildren, Jamie Thomas and Grayson Knight both of Charleston, WV. Nieces, Michelle Lara and Rita Sweeten both of Lorain, nephew, Arthur A. Lara of Sheffield Lake. And 11 great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Homer Harless and brother in law Arthur Lara Jr. grandmother, Dimple Cadle, and grandfather, Arthur Cadle.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. until time of the service at 8:00 p.m. at Wyers Funeral Chapel 2900 North Ridge Rd. Sheffield Township.

I am very sad to hear of the passing of such a loving and caring human being. I was one of the lucky ones to have met and worked with Patricia. Her heart and love for everyone was limitless. My sympathies and prayers go out to her family and all that were blessed to know such a good woman and person. Patricia will forever be loved and missed.

Miss Patricia, I will miss you for the rest of my days. My dear woman you were a great friend, always with a smile to share or something to give, whether it be a bit of advise or a trinket, a meal, or a over sized bright pink t-shirt. Be sure to save me a spot, and have the backgammon board set up ready to play.

I am so glad that I had the chance to know Pat. It had been years since I last saw her, but she was like an aunt to me when I was a teenager. She had such a huge heart and was always smiling. She will be missed dearly. My prayers are with her family and I know she is smiling down on us right now!

Auntie Pat, you were one amazing woman! You were always there to put a smile on our faces no matter what kind of day we were having. There are no words to describe what we are all feeling right now. Noone can believe that you have left us here on earth and gone home. We all love you so very much. You are going to truly be missed. You and Art shine down on us and take care of all of us. Pat was my upstairs neighbor when I was a child. I can recall countless summer days spent with her and her nieces and nephew, watching movies, swimming, and just hanging out on the front porch of our apt. building. It's so sad to hear this news....
