Ruby Ann Sutton

1965 - 2011

Ruby Ann Sutton, 46 years young, went home to be with the Lord December 31, 2011 after a short battle with kidney cancer. Ruby was born on April 21, 1965 in Montgomery, WV and resided in Homerville, Ohio for 24 years. Ruby lived a full life and worked with many Healthcare services as a dietary director for 20 years. Ruby was born to Virgil and Evelyn Morton. Survived by her husband of 25 years Mark W. Sutton; two beautiful daughters Corrine M. Sutton (Justin) Jackson and, Racquel N. Sutton Clay; two beautiful grandchildren Angelina Cricket Webb and Cannon Gerald Jackson; mother Evelyn R. Morton; brother James E. (Natalie) Morton; sister Roberta (Carlos) Bench; uncles Merle Rogers and Warren Nichols; aunt Alice Legg; parent-in-laws George and Jerry Sutton who were like her own; brother and sister-in-laws that were also like her own George L. Sutton, Sherry Sutton, Alan Sutton, Carol Sutton, Natalie Morton and Lisa Morton. Also, some of the most wonderful nieces, nephews, and cousins. She cherished each and every one of them. Preceded in death by her father Virgil Morton, her brother Carl Wilson Morton and her aunts Patricia Rogers and Beryl Nichols. She graduated from Strongsville High in 1983. Ruby was married July 12, 1986 to Mark W. Sutton. Ruby loved life, her family and her friends. She met many of wonderful people thru her journeys. Friends may join the family for A Celebration of Life on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM with service at 7:30 with Pastor Tim Morrison officiating at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18) Medina, Ohio.
